Its innovative heat exchanger ensures maximum heat transfer from the fossil-free source. What’s more, it provides integrated deep filtration of process water inline for better finished textiles quality.

The efficient heat exchanger at the heart of the Blue Ocean Heater P-FF uses laundry’s own fossil-free hot water to transfer heat to laundry process water. Sources could be energy from heat pumps, district/city heating or a local energy market.

Compared to a conventional steam boiler, the Blue Ocean Heater P-FF simplifies water heating for your process significantly, gaining time, flexibility and savings for you. A new tunnel washer is not needed, it will connect with your existing washer.

The Blue Ocean Heater P-FF can connect with up to 3 tunnel washer compartments. It filters and heats the water according to demand priority. It also filters out solid waste inline which means cleaner process water and better finished textiles quality

1. Laundry Scope 1 emissions - using your own renewable energy source to heat process water means that the heating itself is carbon free. If green electricity is for equipment pumps and controls etc, then the Blue Ocean Heater P-FF operates 100% carbon free.
2. Efficiency - thanks to its high-efficiency heat exchanger, the Blue Ocean Heater P-FF in turn makes very efficient use of the renewable energy source available to it, no unnecessary energy usage, even if that energy is carbon-free.
The Blue Ocean Heater P-FF improves the finished quality of your textiles, that’s less rewash.
1. Solid particles such as fibres, hairs and sand are removed from process water thanks to the deep filtration function of the Blue Ocean Heater P-FF. Cleaner process water in your tunnel washer means improved finished quality.
