What we can do for you
Recycle water
Filtering out sand, lint, hairs and all other particles inline from laundry process water means that this water can be used again and again for washing. 95% of process water can be reused, with just 5% needed for our equipment’s automatic backflush. Our special in-depth technology delivers exactly the filtrate quality you need. The heat in your process water is preserved, so you also recycle energy.
Real CO₂ reduction
Reducing your laundry’s water and energy usage by recycling, by using high-efficiency heating, by recovering energy from waste, gives you a real reduction in your CO₂ footprint. Add-on to existing tunnel washer
All our equipment is designed as an add-on to your tunnel washer or washer extractor, so that it fully supports/enhances your existing washing process. We talk to the detergent companies too. Our equipment has been helping textile laundries save water and energy since the 1990s, we know what we’re talking about.
Heat water efficiently
The Netherlands was the first European country to widely install high-efficiency boilers. We use Dutch high-efficiency know-how to offer you gas-fired water heaters suitable for laundries; 99% efficiency, installed at point of use, hot water on demand, temperature range up to 90°C. Wasteful heat loss and lags are a thing of the past.
Recover energy
Recovering heat from waste process water or from ironer vent is a no-brainer. Waste hot water going to sewer is both a waste of energy and potentially even negative for the environment. Energy recovery makes complete sense.

Our Blue Ocean Filter, AquaMisers and AquaBatches give you the option of simply recycling water and energy in the flow of your process, or you can also choose to buffer process water and/or filtrate to accommodate demand peaks. We have a recycling option to suit all laundry sizes and process needs.
Water heaters
Our high efficiency AquaHeaters are the best possible choice for laundries in today’s world. They can also complement hot water production by your own renewables to ensure reliable hot water supply. Further, certain Wientjens AquaHeaters include a filter function to recycle and heat water inline. Multifunctional!
Energy Recovery
Our Heat Exchanger Plus and our AquaVent help you manage and reduce ‘waste’ hot water or ironer vent. Get the maximum from your inputs by recovering heat before it goes to sewer or up the chimney. The recovered energy can then be reused in your wash process, that’s circularity in practice.
Water Buffer Systems
