Audit of your process

The first step is of course that you decide you want to improve your laundry’s water and energy performance. Once you’ve reached out to us, we start together with a look at your (recycling) goals and your laundry’s process and then make an audit of what can be done to meet or even exceed your goals.

This is usually done in collaboration with our partners, depending on where you are located. (Contact us to find out who looks after your part of the world). Crucial things we take into account during the audit are what types and amounts of textiles you wash, your customers requirements, fresh water supply and current consumption, your wash process and type of equipment in use, payback time

Optimal solution for your needs

The audit of your wash process has been completed and the results discussed with you. You can then receive a quotation detailing exactly which Wientjens equipment will allow you to achieve maximum savings and benefits in your situation. Our equipment has been tried, tested and perfected over decades.

Our range of options allows us to customize the equipment configuration to exactly suit your specific needs, be it capacity, filtering quality or demand fluctuations, to name a few. (Your quotation will also give you insight into the savings impact you can expect)

We make it happen

Once your order is placed, our production department gets to work immediately. You are obviously informed in good time about when your equipment will be completed, transport arrangements etc. Typically machine firing and start up is arranged locally in co-operation with the Wientjens dealer.

Once your equipment is ready for transport, we ensure appropriate packing and if needed, stowing, and it is transported to the agreed location. Your equipment is as plug-and-play as can be, with universal connections to speed fitting and a detailed product manual with extensive troubleshooting section.

All systems go!

Your Wientjens equipment is installed and started up, the graphic display on your machine allows you to see exactly what the operation of the equipment is at any given moment, from the first minute.

Machines need regular looking after, like everything mechanical. We support you so you can do that optimally. Using an online remote connection, our service engineers can also see what you’re seeing, our long experience allowing us to spot any problems and to pinpoint solutions easily. Customer support and service as immediate as can be.

You will also be invited to activate our Cloud Dashboards, so you can follow exactly how your equipment is performing, savings you have made are quantified and there are useful maintenance prompts. Customers using our Dashboards are much more likely to make tweaks to further improve performance and therefore get more out of their investment, in the short and long term. Our Dashboards really do help you to get to the next level in optimising your wash-process!

The final step

Your Wientjens equipment should give you many years of service. It is designed to be easy to run, to maintain, to clean and if need be, to repair. This has always been the Wientjens philosophy. At end of machine life, we have aimed to make it possible to easily separate the different materials used.

The main material we use, stainless steel, can be endlessly 100% recycled. As far as practicable and safe, we try to close the loop. One of our ambitions is to make controls and software upgrades/replacement possible so that the life span of well-maintained machines can be extended even further.
